We review real sites members have found — is it viable, does the planning position hold up, what would the numbers need to look like. It's a live working session, not a lecture.
Do I need to buy separate software?
No. Explorer includes free access to the site-sourcing tool we use on calls — there's no separate software fee at this tier.
How is this different from just watching a course?
Courses teach you once and move on. This is a live pipeline review every month, on real sites, for as long as you're a member — the judgment builds call by call, not in one sitting.
What if I want the search done for me?
That's Advisor or Builder. Advisor has us reviewing and scoring the shortlist you build; Builder has us running the searches and writing the outreach letters ourselves. Both are success-fee based — book a call to talk through which fits and the terms.
